I am looking to buy a new airbrush and am considering a PrecisionAire. Just wanted to see if there was anyone who has an opinion, good or bad. I now primarily do 1/35 armor but still have a stack of unbuilt 1/48 aircraft waiting in the wings. Thanks in advance for any advise.

Who makes that? Stay away from generic brands!

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

They look like a cross between a DeVilbiss and an Iwata. Bearair sells them and they look like a pretty nice AB. The Treo XF looks especially nice with 3 interchangeable color cups and the MAC air valve and .3mm needle.

So long folks!

BearAir has the best price on them @ $179 for the Treo.  They also have other models available.  Dick Blick sells the Treo for $279.00.  Looks like a good brush, but parts may be hard to find.  If you go with BearAir, I'd order extra tips and needles so that you'll have spares.
