Yes you can. Just make sure it is oil and dust free like any surface you paint.

Painting over Dullcoat?

Hi all, just been going back over some of my early kits and wanting to fix a few things. all have been covered with testors dullcoat. most dont need a full respray and i would like to know if i can spray MM enamel over the dullcoat and then re-dullcoat?
