Hector, I have one of the Badger "mini sandblaster's" I would NOT reccomend using this on plastic. I use to use mine for stripping the paint off of Brass Locomotives . It will take any detail you have right off (panel lines, ect.)  or even make holes in the plastic. It is a siphon feed so turning down the pressure low enough will result in no pickup of the abrasive. They are marketed for etching glass, cleaning up metal toys and such.  Jump up one colum to techniques , I have a Post on Stripping Paint ...

Paasche makes one called the Air Eraser. I've started several times to buy one and give it a try but never have. They have three different types of blast media to use with it but I don't know if it would remove paint without damaging the plastic. Wish I could be more help.

Here's a link to the Paasche at Dixie Art Supply: http://www.dixieart.com/AirEraser.html

Maybe if you contacted them they could help. Just an email away...
