In likely order of increasing cost, although none will really break the bank. Used well, any will do a nice job and all will greatly exceed the capabilities of your Badger 250.
Paasche H - Rugged as an anvil and with #1 tip can do free hand camo on 1/72 German armor. With the #3 and #5 tips included in the Paasche H Set, can spray as wide a pattern as you like.
Badger 200 NH - Easy to use single action version of their 155 Anthem, and can easily get narrow enough for free hand camo in 1/72, but with the needle opened all the way can spray as wide a pattern as you like.
Badger 155 Anthem - Like 200 NH, but with double action control. The nice thing about the Anthem is that you don't need the change needles going from narrow to wide patterns.
Badger 100 LG - Higher end double action brush with gravity feed. Separate needles for fine, medium, and wide.
