                        Squirrel cage blowers are more properly called centrifugal fans (at least here in the U.S.). 

                        I just googled "centrifugal fans UK suppliers" and got quite a few hits.  You might try it and see if you get any good results.

                        Same problem I had mate. 'Squirrel cage blowers' 'Shaded pole' they just don't seem to exist in the UK. I got lucky found a Simair booth 2nd hand. (which are not worth the money they cost new!!!)

                        I mean these motors are uses in lots of things but why is no one selling them in the UK?

                        I am thinking of making a spray booth(proberly workout more expensive!)so i can get it to fit in a storage cupboard.I can vent it out of a nearby window using a flexi tube.

                        I have read and seen people using PC 12v fans but i would like to use the proper sealed items.BUT i have done a search and can not find the correct ones in the UK.

                        Can anyone point me in the right direction for a supplier.
