You've pretty much got the idea, Jake. You just need to be careful of your decal alignment. This technique also comes in handy for multi-piece roundels.

Doubling up

I have been reading in FSM about doubling up on translucent appearing decals, especially in whites - and wondered if the technique is just as simple as putting one on top of the other (after the first dries down well?) ....... or are there better ways to accomplish the look?

Cheers, Jake
