I think you can if you seal the decals first, there should be no problem. Put on a coat of clear between the decals and the wash.

I just got my two bottles of Promodeller's Wash and I know that you should apply the wash first before applying decal. My question is, is it safe to do it vice versa? Apply decal first and let it dry for 3 days then apply the wash. Is it safe to do that?
