Testors Decal problems

I contacted Testors about this on a kit, and they sent me some nice fresh decals.

How long did it take them to send you the new decals, and were they much better?

This morning, I check the computer in my shop and found the e-mail I sent out, was still in the outbox.  DAM.......   So I hit the send button today.

I just received a phone call from Testors and she did in fact tell me that SR-71's with kit #584 are old kits and had a bad run on the decals.  She is sending not one, but two sets of decals and they should be here by Wednesday next week.

Way to go Testors......

I've only had one dealing with Testors customer service and I must say they were first class. Very unusual for their declas to be bad. They are usually printed by Micro Scale and have their first rate quality.

This is great.  Testors came through and a I received the new decals today.
