Warning: Dupli Color Clear Top Coat...

I used Dupli Color clear top coat for the first time as a fixative for ink jet water slide decals, and was super disappointed. Even after three moderate coats, some of the paint just crumbled apart. I am not saying don't use it, but it seems unreliable. I certainly can't afford to waste ink and paper.
