Drop Greg at Draw Decal a note asking him, he'd know. He's a member of the TCAH Chapter and a local MN resident.

Civil fonts

The thread on military fonts reminded me of a question I had been intending to ask.  In the classic era, say prior to about 1960, all civil aircraft registration numbers appeared to be a similar font. I do not know if CAA required that font or not.  Anyway, anyone know what that font was, and where to get it in TT or something I can use on my computer?  It was a simple, sans, font similar to, but not exactly like, a stencil font.

Or, if it is not readily available, anyone find anything real close?
