Armor or aircraft?  I know Archer Fine Transfers make some Canadian Armor decal sets.

I know of 3 decal makers who specialize in Canadian subjects. They are mostly postwar aircraft but you may find something useful to you.

For aircraft, you have to look for particular squadrons and aircraft types. Most of the mainstream decal makers have markings for Canadian aircraft of one sort or another.

In 1/35 armor, Ultracast makes a whole series of decals for 1/35 Canadian AFVs.

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!
