You got it, buddy. I didn't have MicroSet but I had MicroSol and it took it right off. Thanks for the help.

A Q-tip dipped in Micro Set may help.

Decal Residue
Posted by MusicCity on Monday, January 26, 2004 7:22 AM
I ripped a decal to pieces last night, to the point that it was completely unusable. Luckily it is a simple group of stripes I can airbrush back on easily. But, in the process of messing around with it there is some white residue left over that is presumably the glue of the decal. Anyone know what will get that off? I tried water and that didn't seem to do much.

The model is painted with Tamiya acrylics and has a couple of coats of Future over that. The decals are on top of the Future.

Thanks for the help!
