the decals are not usable. I tried, but they just fall apart.

Grab yourself a bottle of Microscale Liquid Decal Film - this will fix your problems with disintegrating decals. (I know it won't help with the ones already gone)

Do you still need these? I thinkk I have a stock decal sheet in my stoage box. Larry.

1:72 Bird Dog Decals

Hi,

I just completed building a 1:72, 0-1 Bird dog from Airfix. This is an old kit and the decals are not usable. I tried, but they just fall apart.

Are there any aftermarket sheets for this plane? I really just need the "U.S. Air Force" lettering, so if anyone knows of a source for that in 1:72, that would work as well.  I have the rest (Stars and bars, etc) in my spare decal files.

The plane really built out nice for such a small model.

Thanks!
