Here's a search string for 1:48 Spitfire Vb decals on Hannants (I actually order decal sheets from them not-infrequently even though they're UK - postage is often as cheap as stateside for decals, and their selection is far better).
If you're willing to undertake a conversion to a Vc Trop, there are some awesome US Spit markings to be had.

MDC makes a Vc wing conversion for the Tamiya Vb. I'm considering it, honestly, since I've got a Vc sheet with some super awesome USAAF schemes.
