If you have a scanner & imaging software, you can print a template for a mask. Scan the decal that most closely matches the spiral you want, and flip it horizontally with the imaging software. (If you don't have software, cut the spiral out & use the backside.) You can carefully cut it out with a sharp #11 blade, trace its outline to masking tape, and apply. It may be easier to paint the spinner white, apply the mask, and then spray the black.
