New problem with inkjet decals
I generally seal my inkjet decals with three coats- a very light, dry first coat, a moderately dry second, and then a full, wet coat as a third. Yesterday I noticed a set I had overcoated Thursday with a very wet third coat, using Testors glosscoat, had ink bleeding even though there was none from the first or second coat. So I guess a wet enough third coat can soften the lower layers and cause bleeding even if there was none on those lower coats initially!
