There aren't any manufacturers that produce reproduction sheets for specific kits that I know of. You have many choices of aftermarket decals, however, for almost any subject you could imagine. If that's what you're looking for...
A few names would be; Aeromaster, Eagle Strike, Superscale (old Microscale), Three Guys Replicas, Third Group, Cutting Edge Modelworks, Yellowhammer, Albatros, Daco... and a TON of others, too many to remember at the moment!
A couple good places to start looking for these on the net would be:

Also, do a search using some of the manufacturer's names I mentioned. Many of these companies have a website. And look through "Finescale Modeler" (by the same fine folks that brought you this website!) for mail order places that sell decals. Check out other rags, too. And then there's the ever-present model shows!
