"available" at an online model shop doesn't mean "in stock"
"available" means that the company can still get them from the producer, "in stock" means they physically have them in their warehouse
I searched around for you, for a bit, and they are sold out at all the places I usually look for decal sheets, including Hannants, Sprue Bros and Flightdecs, the last is a sort of have or had everything decal house
you might get what you want on one of the web forums with a buy and sell subforum
