Trumpeter decals

Is it just me or do people have a problem getting the decals to lay down. I read that you shouldn't use setting solution with them so what is the solution?

I have had no major problems with their decals on any Trumpeter kits that I have built. And used setting solutions such as Micro Set/Micro Sol, as well as Solvaset with no major problems. I think that I actually had better results with Solvaset actually. They certainly are better than Academy's decals from a few years ago.

Compared to Tamiya decals, Trumpeter's decals are great to work with.   I can't think of any issues with them that weren't of my own doing.

No problems here, either.

Add in your decal water a very micro amount of Prell dish washing gel .It will loosen the decal and make it conform to surface.Them add your setting solutions.
