Anyone ordered from 26decals?

A quick update for anyone who has been looking at this thread.  I had posted this due to the fact that I had ordered some decals for a 1/144 787 by Zvezda.  Originally I was advised that the order would take approximately 30 days to arrive since it was being shipped by mail from the UK.  When I received the package I have to admit I was a little more than disappointed, especially considering that I had spent almost $20 US for the decals.  When I opened the package I only had half of what was described on the website.  Basically, I had received the tail logo, the airline name and a stripe for along the side of the body.  Missing were the decals for the windows, doors, wing areas and all other associated placards.  I did contact 26decals to find out about the situation.  I got a response relatively quickly stating that it was an error in packaging and that they would get me the ordered decals sent to me right away.  By that same afternoon, I received an email from the company telling me that the decals had shipped and they apologized for the error.  Seems like a pretty stand-up company to me.  And I have to mention, the decals I did receive look fantastic!

I ordered some decals from them not too long ago.  Everything was fine, but since it was overseas shipping it took a while to get here.  I think it took about 10 days or so...which was fine with me.  I wasn't in a rush to get them.

I wasn't worried about the time either, as it gives me more time to get the 787 fuselage and wings like I want them.  I was just concerned at first because I only got half of the decal sheet compared to what I thought I had ordered.  But they made it right and that is what counts!
