White Ink for bubble jet printers?

I hear that it's possible to replace the black ink cartridge with a white ink cartridge on some bubble jet printers. Is this true? Is white ink even available for bubblejet printers? That would be great if so for creating white stencils and other white decals on clear decal paper.

This question is kinda pertinent based on two reasons:
1) I plan to create custom decals for the F8F-1 I'm currently building.
2) I need to replace some decals that shredded on my SB2C cuz they are obviously very old since this was an old kit.

So... is stenciling white decal paper the only option if white ink cannot be acquired?
