Hello Don!

The company is called Melius Manu - here is their web page: http://www.meliusmanu.pl/en/ Sorry to say that the english version of the page isn't translated well. I usually do business with them by sending them an e-mail with the patterns here: biuro@meliusmanu.pl. One of the owners then gets back to me and points out if I need to make some changes to my design, and then calculates the price and gives me the date when the decals could ship. If I recall correctly I have done business with them about six times in the last three-four years.

I hope it helps you - good luck with your modelling projects and have a nice day

Paweł

Just got my custom decals!

Hello!

I just got my custom decals by mail. They are intended for my two 1/72 OH-6As and for my 1/24 Volkswagen Bus. I have drawn them in CorelDRAW! and the sent the patterns to a decal printing company in Poland. They took unusually long this time - about a month - and now I got my decals:

As you can see they print white and silver. You can also see that I ordered two sets at once, so that in case something goes wrong I have a spare, that makes me a lot easier when applying them. The sheet is printed on continuous film, meaning you have to cut the decals out, but the film is very thin and dissolves with set&sol no problem. The colours are "underprinted" with white, so there's no problem with coverage. Like I always write, in my opinion it's a lot better option to design your decals and have them custom printed than investing heavy money in Alps printer or something like that. By the way - this sheet has cost me 50 Zlotys - about 12$ including shipping, so that's not too bad, is it?

Thanks for reading and good luck with your modelling projects, have a nice day
