I have a project of building a Bonanza Beechcraft This plane belongle To my cusing and he was killed in it. I need your help to find de best place to get the decals for the registration number. Is you could assist me with this I'll be very thankful

I can't help you with a source for decals, but since you are only dealing with two colors, you could spray the plane in white, mask for the red and just cut the letters out of tape/mask and then spray the red.
That's exactly what I had to do when I built a Bonanza for a guy that's based at the airport I work at. Coincidently, the next flight he took, after I had given him the model of his plane, he forgot to put the gear down and belly landed it. It has since been repaired and is still flying.
That would be an easy decal to do with inkjet decal paper. You may even be able to do it from that picture with some graphics editing software. Paint the plane white, as the above poster suggests. On the decal, inkjet printers print white as clear, so the white would show through the red where the numbers are.
