PFM and micro sol/micro set

hello
i recently finished painting my hobby boss 1/72 typhoon mk1, i decided to try using PFM for my gloss coat for the decals. i also decided to use micro set and sol on this project. i have applied the PFM and i have been waiting for it to fully dry. (it has been drying for the last 2 days but it still doesnt seem to be dry. if i run my dinger across the wing i can visibly see a stroke that i left in the gloss coat.) but i would like to know if i can use micro sol over PFM, and if i can how long should i wait to let the PFM dry
