You'll be dead by sunrise.

Seriously though, probably no worse than spilling vinegar on yourself. Most of those types of softeners have acetic acid which isn't particularly harmful in solution.

How does it work? I've never tried it.

That made me spit out my dip....lol

Seriously though... I'm so careless I practically bathe in laquer thinner cleaning my airbrush.  We should all be more careful.

Thanks,

John

When I repainted my 1:1 house (will NEVER do that again, especially in July/August), I used linseed oil paint, so paint thinner was used to clean everything up, including my hands.  After a while, my hands started to tingle, and the sensation did not go away for a day or two.  THAT is scary!  Decal setting solution on the fingers?  I think you’ll survive.  If you begin to lose sensation in your fingertips and they turn black, amputation will be your only recourse - not!!!  Stick out tongue

Hey PacificWar,

I've:

Tried to thin acrylic paint with lacquer thinner.

Tried to clean paint brushes with liquid cement.

Tried to wipe clear parts clean with lacquer thinner.

Rolled Xacto knife off of bench onto bare foot.

Lifted right elbow from bench to find knife hanging from fore arm.

Reached for and taken a sip of paint thinner in a clear glass.

Worn Optivisor on head to store.

Glued Yorktown deck on Saratoga hull.

Put us insignia on upper left, lower right wing.

Left more glue fingerprints than Horowitz after a sonata.

We are all human, so I hope the ribbing here isn't taken seriously.

After the day I've had today, I read this and now I feel so much better. Thank you Mr. Morrison. Thank you very much.

OK. On the bench:

Way too much to build in one lifetime...

Ha-ha GMorrison!  I tried gluing stuff with Mr. Mark Setter!  Those Japanese use the same bottle design for a number of applications!  Makes me so confused!  Stick out tongue

No, not appropriate.

But:

When drinking whiskey, this.

Bought a book on Amazon where the author was named Curtiss.

When drinking beer, this.

Went outside and left the decals in water.

When drinking coffee.

Well, everything I've ever built less than great.

I drink coffee every day.

It is also possibe that he may develope super powers.  Afterall, if Hollywood has taught us nothing else we should at least remember that "scientifically induced spontaneous human mutation isn't an exact science."
