Custom decal designers?

Since Mike Grant seems to be temporarily out of the custom decal business, do ya'll have a recommendation for a source for custom decals? I don't personally have the time or ability to design my own on the pc and would much rather find a pro who is experienced at making them. If it matters, I'm trying to get some decals for the Trumpeter Thud that represent one of the aircraft I used to work on.
