Technically they aren't decals, but are called dry transfers. Company's get bought and sold on a regular basis so I don't know if Letraset is still the same Co. from 30 years ago. I haven't seen any of the AC markings in a long, long time, but I have seen their HO MRR transfers in RailRoad specialty shops. One of the British mags has been running ads from a source that is selling Letraset AC markings, but I suspect that is 20-30 year old stock. The big drawback to the Letraset dry transfers was shelf life. Unlike decals which can last a very long time if properly stored, the inks used as the basis for dry transfers tend to dry out relatively quickly. There is a Co. making dry transfers for model Armor, I think called Archer, but I don't build much Armor and have never used them.
