Can so help with my decal problems?

Pressing down on decals with a warm wet towel afterwards give a smooth effect. not too wet though. use Humbroll Decalfix or something similar to make the decal blend in with the model

Never put decals on flat paints... you can clear coat some gloss, or use Future. Then apply the decals, use a setting solution, and flat, or gloss coat over the top.
