I have never tried those products. I have always used Solvaset and have had no problems. Of course I always test an unneeded decal on a test model first. Big Smile [:D]

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

I use both set and sol myself because I really don't want to find out that I have a problem decal after it's been placed on the model. So I kinda hedge my bets by using both. Sol does make the decal lay down better than set.

Decal Set vs. Decal Sol

I've noticed that many seem to prefer the order future -decal set - decal - decal sol - finish. I've been using decal set before and after and thought decal sol is only for problem decals that won't set down. What's the opinion out there? Do must use decal sol on top routinely?
