Decal troubles...
Posted by Jeeves on Friday, October 1, 2004 10:11 PM
I am close to finishing up my B-17 that I am building for Mr. Murphy-- a ball turret gunner. However-- I am stuck on the nose art for the plane...I had a friend draw it up for me in Photoshop- but when I go to print it on decal paper, it ends up being so faint that it barely shows up over the OD/neutral gray scheme.

Here is the art:

Is there any way to do this other than maybe using white decal film and endlessly trimming around all these shapes?

This feels like deja-vu all over again (Yogi Berra)...

Yellow is tough to reproduce without a white carrier behind it. You might try printing a second yellow decal and layering it.
