Looks like you did everything OK. Fault was probably with the decal, sometimes an uneven distribution of the adhesive on the sheet can cause inadequate adhesive to keep the decal properly sealed & avoid fogging. Another possibility is that you let the decal soak for too long a time, thus washing away some of the adhesive, or that you moved the decal around too much when placing it in proper position.

Why did my decal fog on me

these are my steps
1- future wait 48 hr
2- place decal with setting sol.
3- dab off
This generally works for me but this time one came up foggy. where did I go wrongBanged Head [banghead]
