Black,

Thanks for the trying ... I hope there is some way I can return the favour at some stage. As yo may have read above, Rick has been kind enough to despatch the Catalina decals for me, so my Flys and Floats GB plans are getting more concrete as we speak!!

Many thanks again ...

Hey Cossack,

Finally made it to the shop and I'm afraid that they don't have the set. They've got several other specials but not that one, unfortunately. Sorry to get your hopes up, guy... I'd swear they had it last time I was there... Disapprove [V]

Recieved your e-mail & sent a reply. Decals will be in the post by Thursday. Don't know how long it takes to get from here to the Land Down Under.

Regards, Rick

Paul, I have the decal set your looking for, but don't want to sell it since it has a few aircraft I'd like to do. However, I will never build an RNZAF Catalina, so if you want I will be happy to send you the decals you need. There are 2 on the sheet, NZ4017 in the early US Navy scheme of Blue Grey (FS35189) over Light Grey (FS 36440) and a later version, NZ4033 in gloss Sea Blue (FS15042) over Insignia White (FS37880). If you are interested, e-mail your address & I'll send em on to you next week as a belated Christmas gift Smile [:)]

Regards, Rick

Lobbie,

Actually, I have the Hasegawa SBD kit with RNZAF markings (gonna do that for the Pacific GB currently in play). I am particularly looking for Catalina markings (for the amphibean GB [:S]. ) By the way, I asked Ventura if they had anything planned along similar lines ... politely rebuffed Sad [:(]. I will keep hunting.

I haven't made it up to the shop yet. Didn't want you to think I'd forgotten...

Blackwolf - that would be VERY much appreciated Smile [:)] ... There are some nice decals in the set (for a Kiwi anyway), and I would love to get my hands on it

Hmmm... I'm fairly sure that one of my local shops still has this set. I can take a look and let you know...

cossack I've had a look around and the only thing so far is in 1/72 here's a link to it http://www.eaglestrikeproductions.com/cgi-bin/amddecals.pl?scale=72&setid=10&dbs=aeromaster&pgs=7&currpg=1&dclimg=sp7210 I've heard that if you scanner it , you would be able to enlarge it too 1/48 and then print it on a decal sheet . I haven't tried it my self but I've heard that it works..

cheers mike

Long shot I know ... but does anyone have the above pack of Aeromaster decals that they may be willing to sell? I have looked at the website, and they are listed as OOP ... that doesn't help me!!

Many thanks in advance
