I don't know of any company that produces decals for planes in games. normally, companies produce decals for real squadrons, not fictional ones. I don't know if the aircraft from ace combat 5 are from actual squadrons etc, but you can probably find decals that have generic markings for the F-14, F-18, etc. Check out http://www.flightdecs.ca/ .
