resizing decals from 1/48 to 1/32

i'm try to build a 1/32 scale P-47 thunderbolt , with a markings of mexican air force , i have a old aeromaster decals but are in 1/48, how i can scanned and printed in 1/32 , i'm very confused , so i appreciated any help!!

for scanning which dpi i have to use, ocr 300 dpi , or higher?
any idea ?

Definately go to 600 dpi or higher if your scanner/computer can do it. The higher the dpi the better the images will look.
