 nearly all Pin-ups from that time are copywrited and very expensive to get ahold of, makes making them for scale use not very attractive.

Even easier way is to do a Google Image Search using the names of WWII pin-up girls and you will find lots of pics that can be used.  Copy them to MS PowerPoint or MSWord, resize, and print them off yourself.

There are lots of books out now with the pin ups in them that you could just scale down on a color copier. Barnes and Noble has a 2006 calendar with 12 great looking pin ups for that project.
