Hobby Lobby carries white decal sheets as well as clear sheets.  I have used their white sheets to make my own decals using a Canon printer with very good results.

Micro Mark also had decal sheets available, but I am not sure if they still carry them.  You might check their web site to see if they are still available.

Only professional Alps printers print white.  No home printer does.  That said, the best way to make your own decals with white in them is using the reverse printing method.  You have to use white decal paper and surround your design with the background color of the object that they are going on.  If done well, this method works perfectly.  The colors can be blended with a little drybrushing as well.

I know Bare-Metal-Foil carries the "Experts Choice" line of decal paper in white (and clear). That way you don't need to worry about printing white, it's all ready there. I haven't had much luck making my own decals with this paper , but I hear a lot of  people do. I also havn't played around with them much.
Hope this helps.
