1\72 Tuskegee decals
Posted by EddieC on Monday, March 20, 2006 7:03 PM
I am looking for a source of 1\72 Tuskegee airmen decals, as they used on the P-51 Mustangs. I am also looking for color photos of the same. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Ed.

Don't know if this helps, but here is the link:

You may find someone closer to you who carries these brands.

The decal sheets will have full color illustrations for each of the aircraft included on the sheet.  They have them for 1/72 and 1/48 and will include other types of ships depending on what sheet you pick.

Thanks for all the help with my decal dilemma. The decal sheet shown will be ideal. I did come across one color photo in Jeff Ethell`s book Fighter Command. Thanks again, Ed.

oh yeah if you order the decals from greatmodels you might want to call first to see if they are in stock, I noticed it didn't list a status on that item.  If they are out of stock it might be up to a month or so before you recieve them.  At least you'll be prepared for the wait.

Tom,just an update on the Tuskegee decals. They show the listing as you said. When I typed in "in stock" it shows a no match reply. I haven`t been able to contact anyone yet, but I`ll let you know when I find something out. Thanks again, Ed.
