I've used the testors decal set with paint shop pro for some custom decals for a nascar.. photo's are at the following address.. just keep in mind this was the first time I made my own decals..

The binder works ok.. but its not perfect as the decals can still bleed when they get wet.. I found to use several coating's of the binder first with a drying period between each application, followed by 2 or 3 coats of testors dullcoat worked best.

without the dullcoat my decals ran a bit... with the dullcoating they were more stable.. also don't keep them in the water too long or they will start to bleed.

the program itself isn't very helpful at all, unless you purchase thier "upgrades" online,,,,,if you have any other type of graphics program, such as Paint shop pro ,or photoshop, you already have way more to work with,,,,,other than that it comes with a half sheet of white and a half sheet of clear inkjet paper plus a can of binder,,,,i get full sheets online and the binder is availible separatley

I bought it and have yet to really do anything with either.  I was thinking about getting one of those cds with more markings for aircraft and such.

I was wondering if anyone has ever used Testors Custom Decal System.  I just bought it and wanted to know if it was any good.  I don't really have anything to lose considering it was only $10.  Please let me know:)
