You have to coat the ink with a sealer or it WILL run all over the place. Testor's sells spray cans of decal sealer, and include one with their decal kit, but others on the forum have used Krylon clear in the large spray can with good results.

Testors makes decal paper only small sheets though, you have to spray the decal after has dried with decal sealer i think its the same a clear not shure. hopefuly some one will steer you in the right direction.

I've never done this however if this is done on an inkjet printer won't the ink run if you put it in solution when you are ready to apply to a model???
