I have a block of styrofoam i use to hold my x-acto knives.  I usually just drop it in there when I'm done, but one of my wee ones moved it and before i noticed what i was doing, splat, right into the hull of the Saratoga.  Needless to say, the putty, sand party wasn't enjoyable.

You guys reckon that was dumb, well - no joke, a few weeks ago I went and bought Decal Setter thinking it was Decal Softener, and then used it on my Walker Bulldog thinking it was softener, it turned out OK though.

I bet there is a viable business in selling shirts to guys like us that have spaghetti and salsa stained patterns. Just pick what you plan to have for lunch that day as your shirt. Instead of RealTree it could be RealFood. LOL

HA!  I believe that's why tie-dye was invented. Big Smile [:D]

You oughta come down here and hang out with me. It's like being with Homer Simpson. Wink [;)]

I went to lunch with a friend Friday at a Mexican restaurant. I spilled salsa on my shirt. So I made my napkin into a bib. The salsa missed the bib and landed on my pants. The waitress brought club soda to get it out, and all it did was rub it into a big red circle. So now I've got a red circle on my belly, and a red circle on my crotch.

Doh!

Decaling tip from an absent minded decaler
Posted by jwb on Sunday, September 10, 2006 2:33 PM

Decaling Tip: Before applying decal softner, be sure and read the label to make sure it's actually decal softner and not laquer thinner.

*sigh*

Man, I must be getting old.

Luckily, it didn't cause any problems, other than me feeling dumb.

What can I say? They're both in little bottles..... with clear stuff in it.....

Blush [:I]
