Looking for TBM Avenger AM decals.......
Posted by hud on Sunday, December 17, 2006 8:27 AM

Specifically, for 1944 North Atlantic paint scheme. Aeromaster made them at one time but they're no longer available. I've done searches on several other websites but nothing is turning up. Any advice on where to find them? Thanks in advance.

You didn't state what scale.  Here are all the sets I found at Squadron.  I didn't find any listed in 1/48.

Here are some reviews I found.  I don't know which ones, if any, are still available.  If they are OOP you might try Rare-Plane Detective or "Evil-bay".

As easy as decals are to apply, I am thinking seriously about trying more masks for 'bars & stars' and other insignias.  I find more and more articles where a mask is used instead of a decal.  It can't be that difficult.
