the decal set is about the same as vinigar,,,it has less strenght and helps the decal hold down to some of the curves and panel lines

decal solvent is a much stronger alcohol based product that you put on the decal after it's in place to make it conform tightly to compound curves and other things that it seems the decal will never shrink to...after you put the solvent on DO NOT TOUCH!!,,,it may look all wrinkled and bubbled up,but it will settle and dry flat....if it's still not tight,,,just hit it with solvent again and follow the same procedure
