you can use any photo program,,paintshop,photoshop,,,as far as where to get individual images ,that's all in where you look,,,,a tip i use,SCAN all of your decals before building a kit,that way if something happens,you can make more,or if you need insignias,they'll be saved from all of those kits you've already built and you can cut/paste the ones you need to print from the files that already exist
