I just received two bottles of Testors decal solutions. One is labelled Polly Scale "setting solution" (green label) and the other Polly Sol "softening solution" (gold label). I suspect the setting solution is applied first (to the model) and after the decal has been positioned and dried a bit, the softening solution is applied to allow the decal to conform to the surface. Am I on the right track?
