Mr Mark Setter is more or less equivalent to Microscale's Micro-Set and Mr Mark Softer is equivalent to Micro-Sol.
Usage is similar - apply Mr Mark Setter to the model where the decal is to be applied, apply the decal and apply Mr Mark Softer to the decal itself.
