Funny you should ask that question, I just dealt with a similar problem and was able to save a decal that had been put down with micro-set and micro-sol and dried for 36 hours. Use a soft wide brush and wet the decal with water and a little micro-set, let it soak for five minutes or so then start to push the bristles against the decal to get the edge to lift. This is the hardest part. Once the edge has lifted keep gently pushing the bristles under it until it is loose. I did a large wing decal and it took about 15 minutes to get it free.
