What's the easiest??
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, December 29, 2003 3:25 AM
Howdy everyone,
If anyone has any tips for me on the easiest way to pannel line an aircraft model I'm all ears. I've never been good at it and I'd love to "pannel like a pro". I've tried using a pencil but it never looks as good as l want it to. I'd appreciate any help!

Check my site - look for "The Basics of Weathering". Covers use of sludge washes for panel ines. Use after applying Future and it's very easy to get great looking results. Link in my signiture.

If panel linning means highlightenning them then you can use oils and inks.
If you mean creating them you can use scribers.
Happy New Year by the way.

Thanks to you both. Swanny, your site was especially helpful. Nice job on the Liberator by the way. Happy New Year.

Likewise, see my technique in this Forum, under Modeling Subjects-->Aircraft-->Detailing Help?
