Squadron Seam Scraper?
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 5:37 PM
I've seen these and have thought about picking one up....

Is it worth it? Does anyone here have one that would like to give some feedback about it or a tool like it.

LHS has them for $5.95....but if I dont need it then thats $6 I can put to use else where.Wink [;)]
Thanks,
Chris

I took an old waxing instrument from work and put a rubber wheel in my handpiece and sharpened one end up. It was free and exactly the same as the Squadron scraper. I haven't found that I've used it often, but the times that I've had to, it's been invalueable. How much does squadron ask for them, it may be well worth it.

Hey Chris, I have one and they do work fine but I just as often use another tool. I also use the back of a knife blade, micro chisels, or a dental tool. I mainly bought it because I'm a sucker for a new tool.Big Smile [:D]

LOL Sounds like me Woody, I have used the dental tools, knife blade, but becuase I am a tool sucker I thought about buying one. I think Im just gonna pick one up, if it doesn't do any better than what Im already using I will have to give it to someone who might need it.
