If I can offer a helpful hint, toss the handles for the chisel in a draw and get yourself a pin vise.  The chisels are great, the handle is useless.  The set screw strips out after 2 or 3 blade changes and becomes completely worthless.

I have both the chisel and the scriber.  I have 2 handles and 4 stripped set screws that I have no use for.  I got a second pin vise (can never have too many mini drill bits), and just chuck the chisel or scriber in that handle.  Works a thousand times better.

Where did you get the Mission Models chisel set?  My wife tried to get one for me for my birthday last year but gave up when Mission Models never returned her e-mails (the site was only accepting back orders and she didn't want to send money without knowing when to expect it).  Neither did any other (known-to-be-reputable) sites have any in-stock.

All i can say is i love it...recently worked on the flaps for my f4u-1 and the tops came out nice..round and smooth...cant wait to use it on the fuselage...thats where i usually have problems not flattening things out...

Good stuff there Dave.

I have four of the Flexi-Files so I can have a different grit on each one and just grab it and use it.

Not that much trouble to just change sanding strips but I bought these four years ago.

Good stuff.....I bet the flexi-file will be really handy. I bought the Waldron punch set a couple years ago from Roll Models, but haven't had the chance to use it yet. This country's economy goes through cycles faster than my build completion rate, but at least I have the ideas in my head.....

I have been looking to pick up these for a while..finally found them at a good price...

Got the mission models micro-chisel and the scribing set along with the 1mm tip set...

Finally got my micro-mark punch-set...had to send one back to get a replacement and they were great about it...nice and fast...no questions...

Flexi-file..i tried to make one out of a coat hanger but could never get the tension right...should really help when sanding a fuselage seam...which i will be doing here soon...

Made a little case with some padding...And everything actually fit!...i was amazed with myself...
