I've been getting good performance from TCP Global's TC-20T unit. It's fairly quiet and has a tank so it isn't running constantly. I think I paid right around $100 for it. The compressors ya get from Wal-Mart and such will work just fine but the noise blasting out of those things absolutely un-nerve the bejayziss out of me.
